Unser Kunde ist eine mittelständische Wirtschaftskanzlei mit Sitz in Hamburg, die deutschlandweit und international zu den führenden Adressen im Energiewirtschaftsrecht zählt. Im Zuge des weiteren Ausbaus des Bereichs Energierecht (Energy & Infrastructure) suchen wir daher ab sofort Verstärkung.

#### Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Beratung von Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern im Energiewirtschaftsrecht mit Schwerpunkt Konzessionsrecht
  • Außergerichtliche und gerichtliche Vertretung Deiner Mandanten
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung Deiner Mandate mit direktem Mandantenkontakt von Anfang an
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus den Bereichen Corporate und Banking bei interdisziplinären Fragestellungen

#### Das bringst Du mit

  • Volljurist mit überdurchschnittlichem Examen (beide Staatsexamina)
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Energierecht
  • Idealerweise Vorerfahrung im Konzessionsrecht
  • Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge, Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an einem dynamischen, gesellschaftlich bedeutsamen Rechtsgebiet
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Teamarbeit
