### Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Mandatsbearbeitung im Erbrecht
  • Gestaltung letztwilliger Verfügungen, Testamente, Erbverträge, Vollmachten
  • Außergerichtliche Beratung & Vertretung in erbrechtlichen Streitigkeiten
  • Prozessuale Vertretung und Begleitung gerichtlicher Verfahren
  • Entwicklung mandantenorientierter Lösungsstrategien

### Das bringst du mit

  • Zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene Examina (Befähigung zum Richteramt)
  • Interesse an schwerpunktmäßiger Tätigkeit im Erbrecht
  • Fachanwaltsqualifikation wird nicht vorausgesetzt
  • Wieder- und Berufseinsteiger:innen ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten in der Mandantenkommunikation
