Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung unserer Mandanten in sämtlichen Fragestellungen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts
  • Vertretung unserer Mandanten vor den Arbeitsgerichten
  • Verhandlungen von Betriebsvereinbarung und Teilnahme an Einigungsstellen
  • Beratung in Fragen des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts, insbesondere des Betriebsverfassungs- und Tarifrechts
  • Unterstützung von Unternehmen und Personalabteilungen, insbesondere bei der Gestaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vergütungssystemen und Arbeitszeitmodellen
  • Arbeitsrechtliche Begleitung von Restrukturierungen und Transformationsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit im Team, z.B. bei Mandantenveranstaltungen, Schulungen und der Weiterentwicklung unserers Know-hows

Ihr Profil:

  • Begeisterung für den Anwaltsberuf und das Arbeitsrecht
  • Volljurist (m/w/d) mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Staatsexamina oder vergleichbare Qualifikation gemäß § 4 BRAO
  • Idealerweise erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
