### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Schriftsätzen, Stellungnahmen und Vertragsvorlagen
  • Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen
  • Teilnahme an Gerichtsverhandlungen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Mandanten im IT- und Datenschutzrecht
  • Durchführung von Mandantengesprächen per Videocall

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse im Zivil- und Verwaltungsrecht
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Datenschutz- und IT-Recht
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Fachanwaltstitel im IT-Recht oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
