Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin (m/w/d) Mietrecht am Standort Paderborn

Für unser Büro in Paderborn suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung im Bereich Mietrecht mit Schwerpunkt Gewerberaummietrecht und Immobilienrecht.

Wir sind eine der führenden Kanzleien für den Mittelstand, regional verwurzelt und deutschlandweit tätig. Mit rund 100 Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälten sind wir auf allen Gebieten des Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrechts sowie des öffentlichen Rechts tätig. An allen Standorten sind mehrere Notarinnen und Notare vertreten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • eigenverantwortliche Beratung mittelständischer Unternehmen und Gewerbetreibender, in umfangreichen oder dezernatsübergreifenden Fällen auch im Team mit anderen Kollegen
  • Vertretung unserer Mandantinnen und Mandanten vor Gericht und in außergerichtlichen Verhandlungen
  • selbständige Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • überdurchschnittliche juristische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilienrecht, insbesondere Gewerberaummiete,
  • gern auch Kenntnisse im Bereich des privaten Bau- und Architektenrechts
  • unternehmerisches Denken
