Zur Verstärkung unseres Mitarbeiterteams in unserem Dienstleitungsunternehmen suchen wir zum schnellst möglichsten Zeitpunkt eine/n

### Rechtsanwalts-/Notarfachangestellte/r oder Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d)

in in Vollzeit für folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • aktive Mitarbeit im Immobilienmanagement
  • Unterstützung im Auftragsmanagement (Warenbeschaffung, Nachverfolgung, Terminwesen für Lieferanten und Mieter)
  • In unserem Unternehmen arbeiten wir mit IT Programmen von Addison und einer betriebsspezifischen DMS Software.
  • Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung entweder als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder als Steuerfachangestellte/r.

Eine qualifizierte Einarbeitung ist sichergestellt.
