Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/n (m/w/d)

Die Kanzlei Weller sucht zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n motivierte/n Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im Notariat.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Urkunden
  • Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Gerichten
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Fristen
  • Aktenverwaltung (elektronisch)

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellten oder Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Mandanten
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft zu eigenverantwortlichem Handeln und Fortbildung
