Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d) für unser Notariat in Oberhausen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Abwicklung notarieller Urkunden
  • Betreuung von Mandanten vor, während und nach der Beurkundung
  • Korrespondenz mit Gerichten, Behörden und Mandanten
  • Fristenüberwachung und Aktenführung
  • Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen nach GNotKG
  • Allgemeine Büro- und Organisationstätigkeiten

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellten
  • Berufserfahrung im Notariat wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
