Wir sind eine etablierte Kanzlei mit Notariat und bieten unseren Mandanten umfassende rechtliche Beratung in verschiedenen Fachgebieten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und zuverlässige Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Verwaltung des Kanzleialltags
  • Bearbeitung von Mandantenkorrespondenz (selbstständig und nach Diktat)
  • Fristenkontrolle und Aktenführung
  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung notarieller Urkunden
  • Betreuung von Mandanten sowie Terminmanagement
  • Kostenrechnung nach RVG und GNotKG

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Kanzleisoftware
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion
