Wir suchen für unsere langjährig etablierte Rechtsanwalts- und Notariatskanzlei in Bad Oeynhausen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Notarbereich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Rechtsanwalts- und Notariatsfachangestellte/n (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen unsere Notarin umfassend, zuverlässig und selbstständig von der Vorbereitung über die Abwicklung von Urkunden
  • Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Grundbuchämtern, Register- und Nachlassgerichten
  • Termin- und Fristüberwachung und das Erstellen von Kostenrechnungen sowie das Führen des UVZ

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Rechtsanwalts- und/oder Notarfachangestellte/r und bringen bereits Berufserfahrung im Notariat mit. Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Kanzleisoftware (idealerweise RA-Micro) und XNP und schätzen selbstständiges Arbeiten. Zudem sind Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Ihre Stärken.
