### Wir suchen in Cottbus eine/n Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/r m/w/d

### Aufgabenbereich

  • Führung des Schriftverkehrs sowie Telefonate mit Behörden, Mandanten und Ämtern
  • Vorbereitung von Schriftsätzen und Vertragsentwürfen
  • Kontrolle und Verwaltung der Fristen und Wiedervorlagen
  • Kalenderplanung und Reisemanagement
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Besprechungen und Vorträgen
  • Rechnungstellung, Fakturierung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Selbständiges Bearbeiten von Forderungsbeitreibungen
  • Aktenverwaltung

### Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • team- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Mandanten
  • strukturiertes, gewissenhaftes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • sicherer Umgang mit dem Office-Paket (erste Anwalt pro-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft)
