Deine Aufgaben

  • Du hältst den Kanzleialltag organisiert am Laufen
  • Du behältst Fristen und Termine zuverlässig im Blick
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson in der Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden
  • Du bearbeitest Mahnverfahren und Zwangsvollstreckungen
  • Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse im Mahnverfahren und in der Zwangsvollstreckung
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein freundliches Auftreten, Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
