#### eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n (w/m/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • alle anfallenden Tätigkeiten einer/s Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten
  • die zuverlässige Führung der Korrespondenz
  • die Koordination von Terminen
  • Dokumentenmanagement und Datenbankpflege
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Mandanten

Es wird von Ihnen erwartet:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten
  • Kenntnisse in den Programmen RA-Micro und dem elektronischen Anwaltspostfach
  • sicherer Umgang mit Word und Excel - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den üblichen Kanzleiprogrammen
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unseren Mandanten
  • Organisationsvermögen

Die Anstellung ist in Vollzeit vorgesehen.

Bei Wunsch wären auch eine individuelle Teilzeitvereinbarung möglich.

Die Vergütung bzw. Sonderleistungen sind verhandelbar, entsprechend Berufserfahrung und möglicher Übernahme von Tätigkeitsfeldern.

Der Arbeitsort ist Harzgerode.
