Die Rechtsanwaltskanzlei BLS sucht zur Verstärkung ihres Teams eine/n zuverlässige/n Mitarbeiter/in in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihr Einsatz erfolgt als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) vorrangig in der Kanzlei in Bad Liebenwerda oder bei Bedarf in Herzberg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Postein- und -ausgang (inkl. Fristenkontrolle)
  • Kommunikation mit Mandanten und Koordinieren von Terminen
  • Abwicklung der anfallenden Korrespondenz
  • Empfang von Mandanten
  • Erstellung von Kostennoten
  • Aktenführung
  • Erstellen eigener KFA
  • Prüfen von KFAs
  • Zwangsvollstreckung
  • Und einiges mehr…

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/-r oder Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • strukturierter und selbständiger Arbeitsstil
  • hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die Arbeitsergebnisse
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion
  • wünschenswert: DATEV-Kenntnisse
