  • Die HKO Rechtsanwälte sind eine etablierte Kanzlei mit Schwerpunkt im privaten und gewerblichen Mietrecht, WEG- und Immobilienrecht. Darüber hinaus beraten wir im Arbeits-, Familien-, Verkehrs- und allgemeinen Zivilrecht.

Unser Kanzleisitz befindet sich zentral in Duisburg-Hamborn – direkt neben dem Amtsgericht im modernen Sparkassengebäude. Wir stehen für eine strukturierte, mandantenorientierte Arbeitsweise und verbinden juristische Kompetenz mit effizienten, digitalen Prozessen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Fristen- und Terminverwaltung
  • Bearbeitung des Mahn- und Zwangsvollstreckungswesens
  • Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden
  • Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Versand von Schriftsätzen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r (m/w/d)
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Advoware (keine Voraussetzung)
  • Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
