  • Wir sind ein seit über 40 Jahren in der Bielefelder Altstadt bestehendes Rechtsanwaltsbüro bestehend aus 2 Rechtsanwälten und 1
  • Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten.
  • Wir suchen ab sofort, zur Unterstützung unseres Teams, eine engagierte und teamfähige Arbeitskraft (m/w/d) mit abgeschlossener
  • Berufsausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in Teilzeit (ca. 28 Std nach Vereinbarung)

Ihre Aufgaben entsprechen den üblichen Aufgaben wie z.B.

  • Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Korrespondenz
  • Schreiben nach Diktat (Dikta-Net)
  • Aktenverwaltung (Kanzleisoftware RA-Micro)
  • Fristenkontrolle
  • Telefonate mit Mandanten, Anwälten, Gerichten und Behörden.
