Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n / Sachbearbeiter/in Zwangsvollstreckung (m/w/d)!

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • umsichtige Führung eines eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Postbearbeitung (ein- und ausgehend)
  • mündliche und schriftliche Korrespondenz (außergerichtlich und gerichtlich)
  • Führung von Zahlungsverhandlungen
  • Bearbeitung der Zahlungsvereinbarungen
  • Einleitung gezielter Zwangsvollstreckungsmaßnahmen
  • Aktenführung und Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertragsanwälten
  • Dein Profil
  • rechtliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im rechtlichen Bereich
  • Interesse, Engagement und Motivation
  • Freude an anspruchsvoller Tätigkeit und am Arbeiten im Team
  • routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
