They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Job Responsibilities

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings

Propose recruiting strategies.

Create and provide recruitment reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related careers.

Excellent English communication, reading, and writing skills (100%).
