Reclutador/a Freelance / Temporal

Objetivo de la posición:

Atraer, evaluar y seleccionar al talento idóneo para cubrir de manera ágil y eficiente las necesidades de contratación de la empresa durante el periodo del proyecto, garantizando una excelente experiencia para los candidatos y el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos.

¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

Publicación y difusión de vacantes en diversas plataformas y redes.

Filtrado de currículums y sourcing activo de candidatos.

Entrevistas iniciales (vía telefónica/videollamada) y evaluación de perfiles.

Coordinación de entrevistas con los líderes de área.

Seguimiento al proceso de selección hasta el cierre de la vacante.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Mínimo 1 año en reclutamiento y selección de personal.

Excelente comunicación, organización y capacidad para gestionar varias vacantes en simultáneo.

Manejo de portales de empleo y búsqueda directa (headhunting).

Proactividad y enfoque en resultados para cumplir con los tiempos de contratación.

Residir en Honduras.

Contratación

Modalidad: Híbrida.

Duración: Proyecto de un mes (con posibilidad de extensión según desempeño/resultados).

Esquema: Contrato de Servicios Profesionales.
