We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Recreation Attendants to join the Pool & Gym team at Crown Metropol.

• •1 x PT 4
• •1 x PT 2

In this hands-on role, you’ll help provide a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while maintaining the high presentation and service standards of our leisure facilities.

In this role, you will:

• •Welcome guests and deliver friendly, personalised service
• •Supervise the pool area and maintain a safe environment
• •Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Pool & Gym facilities
• •Assist with guest enquiries and reception duties
• •Serve food and beverages within the pool area
• •Complete pool testing and safety procedures
• •Monitor towels, linen and other stock levels

About you:

• •Strong customer service and communication skills
• •Experience in hospitality, leisure, aquatic or hotel environments is advantageous
• •Confident working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• •Professional, proactive and team-oriented
• •Strong attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

• •Current RSA
• •LSV Pool Lifeguard accreditation
• •First Responder – Aquatic Rescue qualification
• •First Aid Level 2 is preferred
