Recruiter, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking a Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring Amazon's apprentices operating in a high volume context.

The ideal candidate brings Talent Acquisition expertise, a strong bias for data-driven decisions, and the ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings, earns trust at all levels of the organization, and consistently raises the bar for recruiting excellence.

• Key job responsibilities
• - Lead end-to-end recruiting strategies for high-volume apprentice roles
• - Proactively identify business needs and building scalable solutions
• - Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
• - Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the candidate experience, interview process, and operational workflows
• - Partner with AUTA program teams to align recruiting execution with centralized program goals and timelines

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
