ssential Function

Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for candidate sourcing, screening and eventually closing candidates for his/her respective client(s). This role will also demonstrate the ability to research various industries and geographic locations using a variety of methods.

Key Accountabilities

• •Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.
• •Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.
• •Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.
• •Understand client-specific acumen.
• •Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.

Language Skills

• •At least fluent in English (verbal and written)
• •At least fluent in Japanese (verbal and written)
• •Fluent in Mandarin

Minimum Work Experience

At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition (in-house recruitment, employment agencies, social media representatives, etc.) related experience
