Deine Aufgaben:

Unterstützung unserer Projektteams im Bereich Promoter-Recruitment für diverse Branchen und Aktivitäten
Verfassen und Schalten von Auftragsangeboten sowie Bearbeiten von eingehenden Bewerbungen
Aufsetzen von individuellen Personalprofilen und Booking-Plänen
Eigenständige Kommunikation mit den Promotern
Durchführung von Erst-Briefings
Personalkoordination und Einsatzplanung
Pflege der Booking-relevanten Informationen in unseren firmeneigenen Datenbanken

Darüber freuen wir uns:

Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Personal-Recruitment oder Promotion
Erfahrungen z. B. im Call-Center sind vorteilhaft
Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
Sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und im Schriftverkehr
Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen (Excel)
Flexibilität und rasches Anpassungsvermögen an neue, unerwartete Situationen
„Hands on“ – Mentalität und ein gesunder Ehrgeiz
Gerne bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich Promotionagentur, Marketingkommunikation, telefonischer Kundendienst, Callcenter o.ä.
