### Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner im Bewerbungsprozess und findest für uns Talente für den Vertriebsaußendienst
  • Du schaltest und überwachst Stellenanzeigen und führst eigenständig viele Telefoninterviews und nimmst an Vorstellungsgesprächen teil
  • Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozess

### Das bist Du

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du bist ein fröhlicher Mensch und man hört es auch in Deiner Stimme :-)
  • Du bist freundlich, fleißig und bereit am Telefon Vollgas zu geben
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke und eine hohe Selbstmotivation mit
  • Du arbeitest lieber im Büro und im Team als im Homeoffice
  • Du kannst Dich gut organisieren und behältst den Überblick
