💼 Deine Mission

  • Aktive Suche und Ansprache von Kandidat:innen (keine Angst vor Telefon & WhatsApp 😉)
  • Führen von Interviews – auf Deutsch und Polnisch oder Kroatisch
  • Begleitung der Bewerber:innen vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Einstellung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Teams
  • Recruiting mit Herz, Verstand und gesundem Menschenverstand

🧠 Was du mitbringst

  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Polnisch oder Kroatisch fließend
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, Vertrieb, Personal oder Beratung – oder einfach Talent im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und klare Kommunikation
  • Keine Lust auf steife HR-Floskeln
