Wir sind ein auf die Luftfahrt spezialisierter Personaldienstleister und suchen dich als Verstärkung für unser Recruiting-Team für den Kunden AIRBUS. Du bringst fachfremde Kenntnisse mit, möchtest aber einen Neueinstieg in den HR-Bereich wagen? Langjährige Kenntnisse sind dafür kein Muss − deine Team-Kolleginnen vermitteln dir im Onboarding-Prozess das notwendige Know-how für deine fachliche Einarbeitung!

\- Identifikation passender Talente anhand definierter Anforderungsprofile

\- Aufbau und Betreuung eines AIRBUS-spezifischen Kandidatenpools

\- Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Bewerbern

\- Bearbeitung des Master-Vendor-Portals für unseren Kunden AIRBUS

\- Active Sourcing

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

\- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium

\- Erste Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich willkommen, aber kein Muss

\- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

\- Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

\- Du begegnest Teamarbeit mit Leidenschaft, Teamgeist und Ehrgeiz
