Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess für Fach- und Führungskräfte im Bereich Engineering und IT
Führen von Telefoninterviews und Vorstellungsgesprächen
Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements sowie Matching von Talenten mit den passenden Stellen
Active Sourcing inklusive Herstellung des Erstkontaktes und Aufbau eines Kandidatennetzwerks
Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Kandidatenprofile
Optimierung von Prozessen und Strategien im Recruiting
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messen und Karrieretagen

Profil:
Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting sowie im Umgang mit Jobbörsen und Recruiting Plattformen
Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung von Vorteil, idealerweise mit technischem Bezug
sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise
gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
