  • Bewerbenden während des gesamten Auswahlprozesses Sicherstellung
  • einer positiven Candidate Journey und einer strukturierten
  • Prozessgestaltung Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung bestehender Recruiting-Prozesse DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting oder in einem
  • vergleichbaren Personalbereich Sicheres Auftreten in der
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, Fachbereichen und Bewerbenden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz Strukturierte,
  • eigenverantwortliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsfähigkeit sowie professioneller und diskreter Umgang mit
