Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unser Team im Herzen von München einen Recruiter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer Bewerber im kaufmännischen Bereich als professioneller Ansprechpartner
  • Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen für Onlineplattformen
  • Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen (Teams, Telefon, persönlich) und Erstellung von Bewerberexposés
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accountmanagement bei der Kandidatenvorstellung sowie Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Aufbau von Kontakten zu Schulen und Weiterbildungsträgern sowie eines Kandidatennetzwerks
  • Erstellung von Statistiken/Reports und Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Meetings

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Großes Interesse und Affinität für Recruiting und Personalmarketing
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sympathisches, verbindliches Auftreten und überdurchschnittliche soziale Kompetenz
