Wir arbeiten erfolgreich seit 1996 als Personaldienstleister in Köln und Umgebung auf Basis der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung sowie Personalvermittlung mit namhaften Kunden verschiedenster Branchen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Stellenbeschreibungen (Job Descriptions)
  • Active Sourcing über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Xing, Indeed etc
  • Durchsicht von Bewerbungen und Lebensläufen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Talentpools
  • Nutzung von Netzwerken und Empfehlungen
  • Durchführung von Telefon- und Videointerviews
  • Bewertung von Bewerbern nach festgelegten Kriterien
  • Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen mit Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellung von Reports und Kennzahlen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Personalwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Personalwesen
  • Kenntnisse in Active Sourcing und Social-Media-Recruiting
  • Kommunikationsstark, überzeugend und empathisch
  • Organisations- und Zeitmanagementstark
