Standort: Hamburg

  • Was werden Ihre Aufgaben sein?
  • Allgemeine Internetrecherchen
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Branchen- und Gehaltsanalysen
  • Suche von potentiellen Kandidaten über diverse Online-Kanäle (Business & Social Networks, Online-Jobbörsen, Suchmaschinen etc.)
  • Identifikation von Kandidaten in Unternehmen
  • Telefonische Erstansprache potentieller Kandidaten + telefonische Briefings (nach einer gewissen Einarbeitungszeit)
  • Projektdokumentation
  • Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
  • Eine aufgeschlossene, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten/Spaß am Telefonieren
  • Interesse an aktuellen Wirtschafts- und Personalthemen, eine gute Allgemeinbildung
  • Affiniät zum Vertrieb/Marketing
  • Ehrgeiz, Ausdauer, strukturiertes Arbeiten, sehr guter Umgang mit MS-Office und Internet
  • Was können Sie erwarten?
