Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 4 to 15 Years

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Workdays – Monday to Saturday

Time – 9 am to 6 pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with around 5 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy/staffing background, who has strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple client requirements across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
• •Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• •Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels
• •Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates
• •Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements
• •Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
• •Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure closures
• •Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs
• •Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
• •Ensure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

Key Skills Required:

• •Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting
• •Hands-on experience with Boolean search, Xray searches and job portals
• •Good understanding of ATS like Keka, Zoho Hire etc .
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• •Strong networking and relationship management skills

Preferred Background:

• •Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
• •Exposure to hiring across industries like Ecommerce , BPO, KPO, Gems & Jewellery, etc.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
