  • Sourcing und direkte Kandidatenansprache über LinkedIn, XING & Co.
  • Durchführung von Interviews auf Deutsch und Englisch Erstellung von
  • Angeboten und Vertragsunterlagen Beratung und Unterstützung der
  • Hiring Manager im Auswahlprozess Pflege von HR-Daten und Betreuung des
  • HRIS, aktuell Workday Unterstützung bei DSGVO- und Datenschutzthemen
  • im HR-Umfeld Mitwirkung bei Employer Branding, Jobmessen sowie
  • Hochschulkooperationen Mitarbeit an lokalen und internationalen
  • HR-Projekten Dein Profil Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • HR-Bezug Idealerweise 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting bzw.
  • Personalwesen Kenntnisse im Active Sourcing und modernen
  • Recruiting-Tools Verständnis für DSGVO, HR-Administration und
  • HR-Systeme Workday-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Erfahrung in einem
  • internationalen oder interkulturellen Umfeld wünschenswert Fließende
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Proaktive, strukturierte und diskrete
