Deine Aufgaben

  • - Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten und Suchmandaten
  • - Kandidatenrecherche, Marktanalysen und Datenpflege
  • - Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Consultants
  • - Erlernen aller Grundlagen für deine Entwicklung zum Associate Consultant
  • - Die Beförderung zum Associate erfolgt in der Regel leistungsbezogen innerhalb der ersten 6 Monate – dein Fortschritt entscheidet über das Tempo.

Dein Profil

  • - Fließend Deutsch & gutes Englisch
  • - Interesse an HR, Personalberatung oder Vertrieb
  • - Analytisch, kommunikativ & lernbereit
  • - Motivation für eine langfristige Karriere
