We are looking for a proactive business developer who can confidently engage new prospects, build strong relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Initially, this will be heavily business development focused , but as you bring clients on board, the role will evolve into a full 360 position—giving you complete control over your desk and your future.

What You'll Be Doing?

• •Recruitment Cycle: Manage everything from winning new business to sourcing candidates, interviews, offers, and closing deals.
