Legal Recruitment Consultant

Location : Manchester city centre

• Salary: up to £30,000 (inexperienced) up to £45,000 (experienced), plus uncapped bonus
• Working pattern: Hybrid, three days in the office and two from home after initial onboarding
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Permanent, full time

Reed is seeking a driven and ambitious Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful desk within a highly respected brand, working with leading law firms and talented legal professionals across the UK.

Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a strong B2B sales background, we would like to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

Developing and managing your own legal recruitment desk

Building strong relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams

Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality legal professionals

Winning new business through proactive sales and networking

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement

Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

Previous recruitment experience or a background in B2B sales

A driven, target-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Resilience, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
