Recruitment Consultant - Commerce & Industry

Location: Cardiff CF10 2HH

Salary: Up to £35,500 depending on recruitment experience + uncapped bonus paid every 4 weeks

Reed Cardiff is excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow our Commerce & Industry desk across Cardiff and South Wales.

Working alongside our established Public Sector & Charity team, you'll focus on building relationships with commercial organisations throughout the region, supporting clients with their recruitment needs across a range of business support and operational roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales professional looking to build a specialist market with the backing of one of the UK's most recognised recruitment brands.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, partnering with clients and candidates across the Commerce & Industry market.

Key responsibilities:

• •Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
• •Developing relationships with new and existing commercial clients
• •Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• •Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
• •Delivering excellent client and candidate experiences
• •Building a profitable and sustainable recruitment desk
• •Working collaboratively with colleagues across complementary specialisms

• •Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience
• •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• •Strong commercial awareness
