This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, sourcing talent in candidate-short markets and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Recruiting legal professionals into private practice law firms across the RG, OX and SN regions
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with law firms, hiring managers and legal professionals
  • Delivering exceptional candidate management, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and placement
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines and proactively headhunting within a candidate-led market
  • Winning new business, providing market expertise and working towards individual and team targets

What will help you succeed?

  • A proactive and tenacious approach to candidate sourcing
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience, resilience and a consultative approach to recruitment
  • A motivation to achieve targets, develop your career and maximise your earnings

Previous recruitment experience is welcomed but not essential. We would also love to hear from individuals with backgrounds in sales, account management, healthcare, medical, social care or other specialist markets where candidate attraction and relationship management are key to success.
