Netlight is an award-winning consultancy providing premium IT services to companies ranging from startups, scaleups and established players in the digital industry. We are now expanding our ambitious and high-performing Recruitment & Growth team with a selfdriven individual who wants to be an essential part of growing of one of Europe’s leading IT consultancies.

The Role

Your main responsibility will be tech-recruiting (end-to-end). Additional areas you will be working within are talent management, business development, sales, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for managing the whole process from the very first contact to a world-class onboarding. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight. To enjoy and succeed in this role, you are an ambitious person who is driven by meeting new people, learning about newest trends in the tech market, creating relations, and building a state-of-the-art consultancy company in the heart of the Inner City in Copenhagen.

Thus, the Recruitment & Gr owth team (Talent Search) was separated from Human Resources and is today one of three CORE business processes of Netlight together with Sales & Business Development (Engagement Search) and IT Consulting.
