Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles and demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and references
• •Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• •Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• •Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate matches
• •Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• •Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• •Should be able to work on targets and ensure timely closure

Requirements:

• •At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• •Experience handling IT and Non-IT hiring
• •Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
