Aufgaben:

  • Ermittlung von Fertigungszeiten und Bewertung von Produktionsverfahren mittels REFA-Aufnahmen
  • Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotentialen während der Zeitstudie
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Arbeitsanweisungen für die Fertigung und Fertigungskonzepten
  • Erstellung von Planzeitbausteinen für Planung und Kalkulation
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Lean Gedankens, u.a. durch Wertstromanalysen, Takt- und Zykluszeitenanalysen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen zur Darstellung von Projektfortschritten und- Ergebnissen.

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau (Bachelor oder vergleichbar) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Bereich mit einschlägiger Erfahrung im ausgeschriebenen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Zeitwirtschaft (REFA), Zeitaufnahmen, Materialfluss erforderlich
  • Erfolgreiche Ausbildung in REFA zum REFA-Techniker
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Arbeitsvorbereitung, im Industrial Engineering oder der Arbeitsplanung erwünscht
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean Methoden sowie Verständnis von Verschwendung und Wertschöpfung erwünscht
  • Sie zeichnet eine pragmatische Herangehensweise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Umfeld aus
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit macht Ihnen Spaß
  • Sie sind engagiert, zuverlässig und bringen ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe mit
  • Sehr gute Storytelling und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch
