Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von REFA-Zeitaufnahmen
  • Analyse, Anpassung und Optimierung von Montageprozessen
  • Gestaltung von Neuanläufen bzw. Vorserien hinsichtlich Montageprozessen
  • Durchführung von Produktionsaudits
  • Abstellen von Fehlern mit dem Ziel der Leistungs-/Qualitätsoptimierung
  • Mitwirkung bei KVP- und Lean-Management-Projekten
  • Ratgeber bei Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Sehr enge Kooperation mit der Entwicklung und Fertigung

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung plus Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d)
  • Versiertes praktisches Wissen im Bereich von REFA-Zeitaufnahmen, Lean-Management und KV-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Serienproduktionen und Montageprozessen
  • Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Selbstmotivation
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau zwingend erforderlich
