## REFA-Zeitaufnehmer (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Analyse, Strukturierung und Definition von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Festlegung von Messpunkte sowie Auswahl passender Messmethoden und
  • -instrumente
  • Durchführung von Zeitaufnahmen und Auswertung der erfassten Daten
  • Ermittlung von Sollzeiten sowie Erstellung und Pflege von
  • Zeitstandards
  • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Sicherstellung einer hohen
  • Datenqualität

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Abgeschlossenes REFA-Zertifikat „Zeitmessung und
  • Leistungsbeurteilung“
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft oder
  • Arbeitsorganisation wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
