Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Konzeption, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Stellenbewertungs- und Vergütungssystemen
  • Bewertung von Arbeitsaufgaben und deren regelmäßige Überprüfung
  • Durchführung und Überwachung des Stellenmanagements
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Durchführung von Vergütungsbenchmarks
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und HR Business Partnern zu allen Fragen rund um Stellenbewertung und Entgeltgestaltung
  • Erstellung von Reports, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management und die Personalleitung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von arbeits- und tarifrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Begleitung bei Transformationsprozessen im Hinblick auf Veränderungen von Arbeitsaufgaben und deren Bewertung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits, Entgeltmanagement, Stellenbewertungsverfahren oder HR Controlling von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Kennzahlen, Analysen und HR-Systeme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Tools (z.B. SAP)
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Beratungskompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und klarer Blick für das Machbare
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
