  • Für ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen aus dem Kreis Herford, suchen wir ab sofort im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung eine/n Referent/in im Bereich Finanzplanung / Controlling / Rechnungswesen. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen.
  • Es erwartet Sie ein innovativer Arbeitsplatz mit eigenem Gestaltungsspielraum. Sie können die Arbeitsprozesse mitbestimmen und entwickeln.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • (Erst-)Erfassung und digitale Aufbereitung sämtlicher relevanter Vertragsverhältnisse und Rahmendaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzierungs- und Controllingstrategien
  • Entwicklung eines digitalen Rechnungswesens inklusive Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Begleitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Auswahl, Betreuung und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern / Beratern
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzplanung / Controlling
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen (Excel oder vergleichbar), idealerweise Erfahrung mit BI-Software
