  • Deine Hauptaufgaben:
  • ✓ Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung der frühkindlichen Bildungsangebote im phaeno (u. a. Workshops, Touren, Sonderveranstaltungen)
  • ✓ weitgehend selbständige Entwicklung der Fortbildungsinhalte und -formate für pädagogische Fachkräfte im Bereich der frühkindlichen Bildung, Durchführung dieser und Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Qualität der Fortbildungsangebote
  • ✓ Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Redaktion des (halbjährlichen) Kitaprogramm
  • ✓ Ansprechpartner für Einrichtungen und Partner im Bereich der frühkindlichen Bildung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit.
  • ✓ Präsentation der frühkindlichen Bildungsangebote des phaeno, Beratung pädagogischer Fachkräfte und Vertreten des frühkindlichen Bildungsbereiches des phaeno auf Veranstaltungen und Messen
  • ✓ Unterstützung des Betriebes Ausstellung und des Betriebes Labore bei der Weiterbildung der Besucherbetreuer:innen
  • Dein Profil:
  • ✓ abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher:in und mehrjährige Arbeitserfahrung in frühkindlichen Bildungseinrichtungen oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen im erziehungswissenschaftlichen und/oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich und Erfahrung im Bereich frühkindliche Bildung
  • ✓ methodisch und pädagogisch fundiertes Handlungsrepertoire und Wissen
  • ✓ gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
