  • Koordination undIntegration definierter Projekte und Initiativeninnerhalb des Programms unter Berücksichtigungvon Abhängigkeiten und Prioritäten
  • Sicherstellungder Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget-, Qualitäts-und Leistungszielen aufProgrammebene
  • Umsetzung von Programmmanagement-Standards,Methoden und Governance-Strukturen unterBerücksichtigung kundenspezifischer Charakteristiken,deren Weiterentwicklung undRückführung in dieOrganisation
  • Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsmanagementüber Projekte hinweg
  • Risiko- undEskalationsmanagement auf Programmebene sowieenger fachlicher Austausch mit denFachbereichen IT und Security
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik,Mathematik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einemvergleichbaren MINT-Fach, alternativvergleichbare einschlägigeBerufserfahrung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Praxis im IT-Umfeld, idealerweisein den Bereichen IT-Consulting, IT-Sicherheit, IT-Projektmanagementoder Cloudcomputing
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Architektur,Cloud-Technologien, IT-Servicemanagementoder Datenschutz (z.B. BSI-Grundschutz, DSGVO)
  • Erfahrung mit Prompt Engineeringund Prozessautomatisierung
  • Kenntnisse derVerwaltungsdigitalisierung (E-Government)wünschenswert
  • Diplomatische Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Flexibilität, Engagement, Teamgeist und Reisebereitschaft
