ÜBER UNS Für unseren Kunden besetzen wir ab sofort folgende
Position: REFERENT KUNDENKONTAKT TECHNIK (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL
Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs und der Administration von
Contact-Center-Systemen Koordination von Dienstleistern sowie
Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur Durchführung von
Marktanalysen und Evaluierung neuer Technologien, insbesondere im
Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz und Bots Implementierung von Lösungen
zur Prozessautomatisierung und Digitalisierung Entwicklung und Pflege
von Datenbanken zur Sicherstellung der Qualität von Vertriebsteams
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und
Auswertungslösungen Analyse bestehender Systeme und Prozesse
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und
Optimierung von Abläufen DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossene
technische Ausbildung (z. B. Bachelor/Master) oder eine vergleichbare
Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Netzwerktechnik oder
IT-Systeme Erfahrung in Systemadministration: Kenntnisse in
Netzwerktechnik, Firewalls und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische
Systeme effizient zu betreuen Datenbank-Expertise: Praktische
Erfahrung mit SQL und der Abfrage von Datenbanken, um Analysen und
Reporting zuverlässig durchzuführen Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen
mit Tools wie Visual Basic, PowerShell oder ähnlichen Technologien
Ein gutes Gespür für Prozessoptimierung und die Fähigkeit,
bestehende Abläufe auf Effizienz und Automatisierung hin zu
analysieren Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und Englisch mindestens auf
