Deine Aufgaben Projektcontrolling: * Mitwirkung bei Projektkalkulationen, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen * Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Reports und Controlling-Instrumenten Bereichscontrolling * Betreuung und Beratung definierter Fachbereiche in allen Controlling-relevanten Fragestellungen * Durchführung von Controlling-Gesprächen mit den verantwortlichen Führungskräften Reporting & Analyse * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresauswertungen * Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen für die GeschäftsführungSonstige Aufgaben * Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Budgetplanung bestehend aus Umsatz-, Personalkosten-, Invest- und Kostenplanung * Optimierung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse und -Strukturen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Standards und Kennzahlensystemen * Unterstützung bei allen Aufgaben im Bereich des Personalkostencontrollings sowie der Personalkostenplanung und -einhaltung Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finance oder einen entsprechenden Ausbildungsabschluss * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung * Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Denkweise * Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich aufzubereiten * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen * Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Projektverantwortlichen und Führungskräften * Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung * Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel * Bereitschaft, Prozesse aktiv zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln Deine Benefits * 30 Tage Urlaub & zusätzliche Urlaubstage möglich * Flexible Arbeitszeiten & Arbeitszeitkonto * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld (110 %) * ZiTaler-Prämiensystem * JobRad & Corporate Benefits * Betriebliche Altersvorsorge * Strukturierte Einarbeitung & Onboarding * Individuelle Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten * Wertschätzende Du-Kultur & Team-Events * Zukunftssicherer Arbeitsplatz im Gesundheitswesen
