  • Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Personalentwicklung
  • Betreuung von Fach- und Führungskräfteentwicklungsprogrammen
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte zu Qualifizierungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung externer Bildungs- und Trainingspartner
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Arbeitssicherheitsunterweisungen und Gesundheitsmaßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Selbstständige Steuerung eigener Projekte und Themen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Pädagogik, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Personalentwicklung, Weiterbildung oder Qualifizierung
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Verbindliches und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und externen Partnern
  • Teamorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
